Ordering & Payment

How long does processing take?

Most orders are created and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout. Financing is also available through Shop Pay Installments.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Email us as soon as possible. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Each piece is made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a printing issue, we’ll make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email support@kingdomsix.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review it and issue a replacement or refund.

What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@kingdomsix.com. After confirming the issue with the carrier, we’ll assist with a replacement.

How do I start a claim?

Email support@kingdomsix.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.
