How long does processing take
Most orders are created and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Email us as soon as possible. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because each item is made specifically for your order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect
Email support@kingdomsix.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review it and send a replacement.
What if my package is lost
If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@kingdomsix.com. After confirming the issue with the carrier, we’ll assist with a replacement.
How do I start a claim
Email support@kingdomsix.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.
