Processing Time

Each item is created specifically for your order. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships with an estimated delivery date. Confirm scheduled delivery date with carrier service. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@kingdomsix.com. After confirming the issue with the carrier, we will assist with a replacement. Our team responds within 24 hours.

Address Errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
