Returns and Exchanges
Each piece is made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a printing issue, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Send all photos and details to support@kingdomsix.com. After reviewing the issue, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Address Errors
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, reach out to support@kingdomsix.com. After confirming the issue with the carrier, we will assist with a replacement.
How to Start a Claim
Email support@kingdomsix.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. Our team reviews all claims and responds within 24 hours.
Non‑Returnable Items
Gift cards and digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
